Cristina Suárez is PhD Associate professor at the Department of Economics. She is an expert in microeconometric models, especially referring to behavioral economics with sample selection models. Currently she is part of the research team in some EU and national funded projects.

She has published in a number of international research journals, among others: Stata Journal, Environmental Science and Policy, Journal of Business Research, Service Industries Journal, Annals of Regional Science.
