Profesor titular del departamento de Economía y Dirección de empresas de la Universidad de Alcalá. Ha trabajado en la empresa pública y privada en diferentes puestos (ingeniero de proyecto, gerente de proyectos, etc). Ha realizado trabajos de consultoría para diferentes organismos (Banco Iberoamericano de desarrollo, Universidades, Comunidades Autonomas, etc.). Ha publicado numerosos artículos en revistas científicas
